Just a note to say that this property was fantastic. Top quality equipment and facilities throughout. Great location overlooking the beach with magnificent sunsets and greatly needed peace and quiet. Two minutes to Barricane Beach meant we did not need to worry about travelling, parking or making lots of journeys back and forth with equipment and family! Accommodation had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Met a Holiday Home Hunter representative (not by apointment - by accident outside the accommodation) and she was so helpful and cheerful, it was a great start to the holiday and allayed my concerns over the key access due to no phone signal on my phone. I have used the company before and this was the reason I had no hesitation in using them again. They were very professional then and did a very thorough job so it was a no-brainer this time. May I also mention the window cleaner here. He was a most pleasant, efficient and informative 'local' who went the extra mile to recommend local facilities of where to eat and visit and commended our choice of accommodation. Overall each of our family, whose ages ranged from 12 to 67 years, felt the holiday home was perfect in every way. My grand-daughter had to do hours of revision in preparation for her GCSE exams and used the breath-taking views out to sea, as a backdrop for this most important yet laborious of chores. She could not have had a better environment in which to study. Thank-you for giving each of us the rest and peace we needed during this exceptionally hard and tiring year. April 2017

Breakers is a great place to stay. Woolacombe is, of course, a beautiful town and Breakers is ideally situated, just a few minutes' walk from the glorious main beach and right across the road from Combesgate Beach. The house itself cannot be faulted: spacious and exceptionally clean, with wonderful views from the large bay windows in the lounge and main bedroom. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is also a large terrace at the front overlooking the sea. August 2016
Just returned from a weeks stay at Breaker's Fantastic position also staff the responded quickly to a small problem even though it had been a stressful day for her as she was on her own. Breakers is a lovely apartment everything you need is there. June 2016
Lovely house in a fantastic position, really enjoyed just watching the sea! Stunningly great walks and we managed to avoid the showers. Lovely Easter Sunday lunch at the Boardwalk – recommended. Facilities in the house are very comfortable and we had everything we could want. Thank you we will be back. March 2013
